several reasons. if the firewall is actually causing this issue(you can test it by disabling the firewall and checking) u will have to change the settigs of the firewall.
if it still doesnt work u might hav to contact norton

Yes you can, just follow the instructions in the email they sent you from when you purchased it! You’ll probably upgrade to a new version but your subscription will still be good as long as it does not expire!
